5.00pm - Students arrive for registration and can be gowned in the green room

6.00pm - Auditorium opens and guests and students begin seating
6.30pm - Ceremony commences
8.00pm - Post-ceremony function in function room
Students can de-register and return gowns to green room.
9.00pm - All gowns must be returned, function concludes
You should wear smart, neat or professional business attire as a minimum dress standard. Shorts, t-shirts, jeans, bare feet, thongs or sneakers are not considered appropriate.
All students receive 2 guest tickets for the ceremony. Extra guest tickets are subject to numbers.
